Office Assistant (female)

You will be joining our team at Das Promotions in Mangalore as an Office Assistant on a full-time basis. Your main responsibilities will include providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations and delivering high-quality service to patients and their families. To excel in this role, you must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving attitude. Your responsibilities will primarily involve administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, emails, and inquiries, maintaining patient records and databases in compliance with privacy regulations, and organizing documentation, reports, and correspondence. Additionally, you will be expected to manage filing systems, records, and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. To qualify for this position, you should hold a degree and have proven experience in office assistance or a similar administrative role. Proficiency in Kannada, English, and Hindi languages is required, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers as well.
