Key Responsibilities : The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and communication tasks, including: Office Administration: Managing day-to-day office operations. Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate records of office and project-related inventory. Database Management: Organizing and updating the comprehensive customer database. Telecalling Activities: Proactively engaging in telecalling to support customer inquiries, follow-ups, and outreach related to the PM Surya Ghar scheme. Qualifications and Skills We are primarily seeking a female candidate for this role. Must be eager to learn new processes and information related to the solar energy sector and government schemes. A strong, energetic approach to work and customer interaction. Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) is preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills. This role requires someone who can efficiently manage administrative duties while also actively contributing to our sales and customer relations efforts through telecalling.
