We're looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support our daily operations. You'll handle a mix of administrative and clerical tasks to help keep things running smoothly. Maintain records of invoices, purchase orders, and production documents and to perform data entry. Use both mobile phone and computer applications to communicate, manage tasks, and maintain records. Coordinate with the production team and follow up with the vendor and supplier. Manage office supplies inventory and ensure cleanliness of the organization. Preferred candidate profile Women only Any degree willing to work in mid-sized company candidates who stays within 3 to 10 km radius around Athipet, Ambattur. Should own a two wheeler. Should have basic knowledge on how to handle mobile phone and system.
