Office Assistant

Job Description: We are looking for a talented and organized assistant office manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of office administrative tasks, as well as excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support to the office , including scheduling Work , managing inward & outward , and preparing invoices, Quotes & Pay slips. • Handle day-to-day work operations, such as Site visits, maintaining Production details, and answering Calls & Emails. • Provide customer service to clients and vendors. • Other duties as assigned • Project Management • Handling Online lead generating portals and taking follow ups. • placing orders. • answering calls Handling India mart generating leads • Interacts with clients, visitors, and vendors • Sorts and distribute incoming mail. Qualifications: • Any Bachelor's degree • 1- 5 years of experience in an administrative or office manager role • Excellent customer service skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good Co-ordination Abilities Skills: • Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint ) • Bookkeeping, office accounting, Bill Generation, Tendering & Quotation • Assistant Office Manager, Office Admin, Customer Service, Teamwork
