Job description
Duties and Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Answer and direct phone calls, organize and schedule appointments, plan meetings, write and distribute correspondence.
Office Coordination: Maintain a filing system, order office supplies, book travel arrangements, submit and reconcile expense reports.
Communication: Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients, handle requests and queries from senior managers.
Data Entry and Record Keeping: Input and update data in databases, maintain and update company records.
General Office Tasks: Perform duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning.
Qualification Needed
Degree or Plus Two with equivalent qualifications.
