Role Overview: As a Channel Development Manager in the Insurance Division at Roys Invest, you will play a crucial role in leading and expanding our insurance professionals network. You will also be responsible for mentoring and managing the existing team, identifying and onboarding new talent interested in insurance/sales, and occasionally making outbound visits for recruitment and growth.
