Job Title: Office Administrator
Location : Kanhangad
The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily office operations. This role supports management, staff, and clients by handling administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and maintaining organized systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Draft, format, and prepare documents, reports, and correspondence.
Handle email and phone communications, routing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Office Operations
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory; coordinate with vendors as needed.
Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
Ensure office facilities are clean, safe, and well-functioning; liaise with building management when necessary.
Data & Record Management
Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
