Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Office Maintenance & Cleanliness Oversight
  • Maintain daily cleanliness and organisation.
  • Supervise housekeeping.

2. Inventory & Restocking
  • Track and restock pantry, stationery, cleaning items, and supplies.

3. Client & Visitor Preparation
  • Prepare meeting rooms, refreshments, and demo areas.
  • Support HR during interviews and events.

4. Bills, Vendor Coordination & Admin Support
  • Handle courier dispatches, vendor visits, petty cash, bills, service schedules.
  • Maintain admin logs and coordinate repairs.

5. Errands & Runner Tasks
  • Handle bank runs, courier drops, pickups, and miscellaneous tasks.
  • Complete tasks without considering any work small.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1–2 years admin or facility experience.
  • Strong organisation and ownership.
  • Comfortable with errands and hands-on work.
  • Basic computer skills and professional communication.
