Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for dedicated and reliable Production Line Workers to join our manufacturing team. The role involves assembling, testing, packing, and quality checking of electronic products on the production line.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

Assemble products/components as per instructions or diagrams
Operate basic tools and machines safely and efficiently
Inspect products for defects and report any quality issues
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
Pack finished goods as per standard procedures
Support in stock movement and material handling when required
Meet daily/weekly production targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 10th Pass / ITI preferred
Prior experience in electronics assembly or manufacturing is a plus
Basic understanding of handling tools and small parts
Ability to stand for long hours and perform repetitive tasks
Good attention to detail and teamwork skills
Willingness to work in shifts if required
