Position:

Role Overview:

The Admin is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing office administration, facilities, vendor coordination, and general support services. This role is crucial in maintaining an efficient work environment and supporting management, employees, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office operations and general administrative activities.
  • Handle facility management, housekeeping, and office maintenance.
  • Maintain and organize accounting-related documentation (invoices, bills, receipts, vouchers, agreements).
  • Assist the Accounts team with data entry, filing, and record-keeping in physical and digital formats.
  • Support in preparing MIS reports, expense statements, and other documentation as required.
  • Visit banks, government offices, vendors, and clients for submission/collection of documents, cheques, and other official paperwork.
  • Liaise with external agencies and consultants to facilitate smooth documentation flow.
  • Manage courier, dispatch, and collection of important financial documents.
  • Maintain proper records of all field visits and submitted/collected documents.
  • Support office facility requirements (stationery, office supplies, etc.)
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive financial information.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration/Management/Commerce or related field.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in office administration or a similar role (for junior/mid-level).
  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
