*Role:* Office Administrator

*Department:* Administration

*Overview:*

The Office Administrator ensures smooth day‑to‑day operations of the office by managing clerical, logistical, and support tasks.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Record‑keeping:* Maintain employee records, attendance, leave balances, and HR files.

- *Correspondence:* Handle incoming/outgoing mail, emails, and distribute documents to relevant staff.

- *Scheduling:* Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference‑room bookings; manage executive calendars.

- *Visitor management:* Greet visitors, verify identities, and direct them to appropriate personnel.

- *Supply management:* Monitor office supplies inventory; order stationery, equipment, and restock as needed.

- *Facility upkeep:* Ensure cleanliness, security, and proper functioning of office equipment (printers, copiers, phones).

- *Document processing:* Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets; handle data entry and filing (physical & digital).

- *Travel & logistics:* Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and visas for staff; coordinate transport and accommodation for visitors.

- *HR support:* Assist with onboarding new hires, exit formalities, and maintain HR notice boards.

- *Communication:* Serve as point of contact for internal/external queries; forward calls and messages promptly.

- *Event coordination:* Organize office events, meetings, and training sessions; manage catering, seating, and AV needs.

*Required Qualifications:*

- *Education:* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- *Experience:* 1‑2 years of administrative experience preferred.

- *Skills:* Excellent communication, MS Office/Google Workspace proficiency, organizational ability, and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
