Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management:
  • Maintain and organize office supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
  • Oversee office maintenance and ensure it’s in good working order.
  • Data Management:
  • Maintain filing systems (both physical and digital).
  • Handle data entry, document creation, and record keeping.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and proper storage of sensitive information.
  • Financial Administration:
  • Process invoices, manage petty cash, and assist with budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate with accounting teams or external vendors for billing and payments.
  • Technology Support:
  • Ensure office technology (computers, phones, printers, etc.) is functioning correctly.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting for office software and hardware.
  • Compliance and Policies:
  • Ensure the office complies with health, safety, and legal regulations.
  • Help maintain company policies and procedures.
  • Communication Liaison:
  • Act as a point of contact between staff, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Distribute memos, announcements, and other important information.

Education and Experience:

  • Education: Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or a related field can be beneficial.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is often preferred. Experience with office software and office management is also a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
