Job Description

Office Admin & Networking Executive

Location: Balewadi, Pune

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day office operations, facility management, and vendor coordination for a fast-growing IT organization.

The ideal candidate should have excellent multitasking abilities, a problem-solving attitude, and the capability to ensure smooth office functioning with minimal supervision.

This role also requires someone who can handle basic IT support, hardware and networking issues, and asset management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Office Administration & Facility Management

Oversee daily office operations including housekeeping, pantry, lighting, AC, and general maintenance.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance of facilities such as plumbing, electrical, and air conditioning.

Ensure timely procurement and stock management of office supplies, stationery, and pantry items.

Maintain office upkeep, cleanliness, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.

Supervise housekeeping and support staff, ensuring schedules and duties are effectively managed.

Asset & Inventory Management

Maintain records of all office and IT assets, furniture, and consumables.

Conduct periodic asset audits and maintain proper documentation.

Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repairs, and replacements.

Basic IT, Hardware & Network Support.

Provide first-level troubleshooting for desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues.

Handle basic system setups including OS installation, formatting, and software configuration.

Support network-related tasks such as LAN connectivity, Wi-Fi setup, and printer sharing.

Manage and maintain internet connectivity; coordinate with service providers for downtime issues.

Assist with new joiner setup (laptop configuration, email setup, and access provisioning).

Administrative Support

Assist HR and management with coordination for meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.

Handle courier, logistics, and visitor management.

Prepare reports and maintain records using MS Excel and other tools.

Requirements & Skills

Graduate (preferred background: Administration, IT, or Management).

2–4 years of experience in office administration, facility, and IT support.

Technical Skills: Hardware installation, OS setup, LAN/WAN troubleshooting, network configuration, printer and Wi-Fi setup.

Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving attitude with ownership and accountability.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
