Technical Lead - Product Delivery & Solution Design

Role & responsibilities Youll play a pivotal role in transforming broad product ideas into working, scalable systems owning the journey from vision to Git commits to production deployment. Youll work with founders, designers, and developers to plan, code, and deliver well-architected systems that scale. This role is not for people who want to sit back and architect from a whiteboard . Its for those who can architect and execute. You should love clarity, de-risking ambiguity, and building things that last. Responsibilities Translate product goals and high-level stories into technical architecture and atomic tasks Lead system design for APIs, services, DBs, integrations, and frontend-backend flows Write clean, modular code and guide technical delivery hands-on (not just oversee) Own architectural choices , tech debt decisions, and long-term scalability Collaborate with product and design teams to de-risk delivery and edge cases Set engineering standards , improve code health, and review complex pull requests Mentor developers and unblock execution across teams Participate in sprint planning and shape the tech roadmap What Were Looking For - Preferred candidate profile 8+ years of full-stack development experience with at least 2 years in system/solution architecture Deep experience in at least one modern backend stack (RoR or PHP Laravel) and mobile app development lifecycle Strong understanding of scalable systems, REST APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), message queues, caching, and cloud platforms (AWS) Experience breaking down complex problems into tasks that others can execute on using a PMO tool (JIRA or ASANA) Hands-on, low-ego, and excited to pair on code when needed Comfortable in startup-style execution: ambiguous input, fast iterations, shipping often Bonus : experience in DevOps, microservices, observability, or payment integrations What Youll Get Autonomy, ownership, and influence over core systems and products A no-bureaucracy zone where good code and clear thinking win Transparent team culture and direct access to founders Mentorship, freedom to grow, and zero deadweight culture
