Job Description

Position: Office Admin In-Charge
Location: Alwar City
Work Timings: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and disciplined Office Admin In-Charge to oversee daily office operations, coordinate with clients, and lead the administration team with accountability and professionalism. The ideal candidate will bring 5–7 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and expertise in managing people, processes, and multiple stakeholders.

This role emphasises accountability, timely delivery, and structured team guidance, requiring a leader who combines discipline with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and guide the administration team, ensuring discipline, accountability, and timely execution of tasks.
  • Manage client interactions and internal communications, acting as the central coordinator across departments.
  • Take ownership of lead list building, reports, presentations, and MIS preparation using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Conduct internet and market research using the latest tools, including ChatGPT, to generate insights and explore emerging technology trends.
  • Maintain smooth office operations by implementing best practices, improving processes, and ensuring compliance.
  • Handle multiple stakeholders (clients, vendors, and team members) effectively while upholding professional standards.
  • Mentor and support team members, fostering a proactive, responsible, and performance-driven work culture.

Requirements

  • Graduate with 5–7 years of experience in office administration, team management, or similar roles.
  • Strong command over spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, internet research, and ChatGPT (must-have).
  • Knowledge of Canva and social media platforms will be an added advantage.
  • Must be based in Alwar City.
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive leader with the ability to take ownership, enforce discipline, and drive results.
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.
