Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Administration

  • Manage day-to-day office administrative activities
  • Maintain and update records, files, and documentation
  • Handle correspondence through phone calls and emails
  • Schedule meetings and manage appointments
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and visitors
  • Ensure availability of office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Provide administrative support to management and staff

Telecalling

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
  • Communicate company products and services to clients/customers
  • Follow up on leads and maintain call records
  • Address customer inquiries and escalate issues when required
  • Update customer data accurately in company systems

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Any Graduate
  • Fresher or up to 1 year of experience
  • Good verbal communication skills (English ,Tamil Malayalam)
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, Data Entry)
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Customer-focused and detail-oriented approach

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in telecalling, front office, or administrative roles
  • Familiarity with CRM or call management tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,342.69 - ₹18,557.49 per month
