Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Office Administrator to manage daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning across teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee office operations, supplies, and vendor management.
  • Manage operations tasks, calls, and correspondence.
  • Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events.
  • Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with office policies and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in office administration or a related role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
