Job Description

We are urgently hiring for the position of Office Admin & Client Relationship Executive at Auditor Office.--(female candidate) The candidate must have a minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience, and immediate joiners or those available within one month will be given priority.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Communication & Coordination

Manage WhatsApp and email communication efficiently.

  • Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely updates.
  • Regular client follow-ups for documents and confirmations.
  • Handle phone calls and respond with accurate information.
  • Follow up with leads to explore new business opportunities

Follow-ups Follow up on payments, including GST, ROC, and other service fees. Maintain fee records (monthly, individual, GST). Record transactions in Tally. Send proformas and invoices to clients. Coordinate GST filing tasks with the internal team. Maintain staff attendance and salary records

Client Reminders Send reminders for due dates: GST, TDS, bookkeeping, certifications, DSCs, advance tax, ROC, and IT filing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
