Job Description:

We are looking for an efficient and organized Office Administrator to manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day office operations and administration tasks.
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and vendors as required.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and assist in office correspondence.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Support HR and accounts team in basic administrative tasks.
  • Ensure a clean, professional, and well-maintained office environment.
  • Assist management in operational planning and coordination.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or operations.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
