Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Tally ERP
: Strong hands-on experience or certification (mandatory)
Proficient in basic Excel
Knowledge of
Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R)
, and
Bank Reconciliation (B/R)
Understanding of journal entries, vouchers, and ledgers
Familiarity with
petty cash handling
and office expense tracking
Ability to assist in
monthly closings
and audit preparation

Ability to maintain accurate physical and digital financial records
Good documentation and record-keeping skills
Time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to coordinate basic office administrative activities

Qualifications:

Education: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, BBA, etc.) or related field
Tally ERP: Certification or hands-on experience required
Excel: Basic knowledge for MIS (formulas, formatting, data entry)
Languages:

Gujarati Must
Basic English Preferred for internal communication

Good understanding of accounting fundamentals
