Job Description

Understanding the need/engineeringproblem of the customer and then discuss with TSS and design and make the offeraccordingly
Prepare offers / proposals for allinquiries (budgetary final)
Assessthe customer's history before making the offer
Collateall information from sales TSS which is required to propose a product
Coordinatewith design department on product design
Coordinatewith TSS regarding the life to be quoted
Estimatethe cost of the proposed product design
Createbudgetary and firm offer, along with documentation required
Ensure pricing targets / guidelinesare met at the portfolio level
Ensurethat all offers are in-line with pricing targets / guidelines
Ensureright approvals are taken on deviation from guidelines

Educational Qualifications

Diploma in Mech Engg

Work Experience

5 years of working experience outof which 2-3 years experience in proposal making and sales.

Personsworking in Industry like capital equipment where he has exposure of handlingdirect customers

Knowledge Skills Required

Proficient knowledge of domestic aswell as Export
Commercial terms Conditions.
Conversant with SAP
Advance knowledge on Excel.
Proficient in Engineering drawings
Knowledge on costing estimation.
Knowledge on pricing an offer.

Job Competencies (Behavioural)

Good communication skill in English.

Good team worker .
