OEM SPOC

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between the organization and OEM clients.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and R&D to fulfil OEM requirements.
• Track orders from placement to dispatch, ensuring timelines are met.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain and update MIS / dashboards for OEM orders, delivery schedules and performance metrics.
• Support OEM audits, documentation, and compliance-related activities.
• Understand OEM product specifications and ensure alignment with internal teams.
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly demand vs supply and highlight risks proactively.
• Build strong professional relationships with OEM stakeholders.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for faster response and service delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
