OEM Program Manager

Role Overview: As an OEM Program Manager at myKaarma, you will be responsible for managing projects involving multiple stakeholders, with a specific focus on OEM certification engagements and strategic partnerships that drive new revenue. Your role will require a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and knowledge of the automotive industry. Key Responsibilities: - Lead OEM certification engagements and strategic partnerships, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution. - Collaborate closely with OEM Account Executives, product marketing, and engineering teams to align on deliverables and execution. - Quickly identify and resolve technical issues related to APIs, reports, sales, and package configurations. - Develop operational reporting and data analytics projects in collaboration with OEM clients and OEM Account Executives to support business growth. - Triage manufacturer requests and propose effective solutions based on past patterns. - Independently represent myKaarma in business review meetings with manufacturers, presenting findings and solutions. - Establish standardized program management methodologies to streamline large-scale initiatives. - Apply Lean/Toyota Production System (TPS) principles to enhance efficiency and improve project workflows. - Maintain OEM contacts, relationships, and sales opportunities within Salesforce.com. - Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and manage project budgets effectively. - Drive innovation through customer insights, technology application, and strategic partnerships. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a strong programming background. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in program/project management, specifically within the automotive industry and SaaS applications. - Proven experience in working with applications used in the automotive industry. - Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage relationships with multiple car manufacturers. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate myKaarma's systems to resolve technical issues. - Advanced system analysis skills to propose effective solutions based on past patterns. - Strong communication and presentation skills for representing myKaarma in business review meetings. - Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Monday.com. - Negotiation skills. - PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
