1. Need for experience in Automotive industry, preferably from 2W, not mandatory.
2. Need for someone from tyre industry, preferable not mandatory.
3. Need for someone with skills in account business planning, quotation preparation and
negotiations.
4. Engage with customer for schedules (Short, medium and long-term) and integrate in
business plan and effectively communicate to plant teams.
5. Overview of Indian automotive industry.
6. Excellent excel, ppt and other MS office skills.
7. Excellent spoken, writing and communication skills in English & Hindi.
8. Person with a positive attitude, pleasing personality and ability to support customer and
internal teams systematically and even beyond office hours.
9. Willingness to travel 70-80% of the time
10. Should be staying and willing to relocate to Gurgaon.
11. Preferably an engineer with an MBA having techno commercial skills.
12. Ability to understand RFQs and coordinate with plant, R&D & costing team and prepare a
quote for customers
13. Ability to analyze costing from plant.
