ERP/Odoo Business Analyst

Hiring: Business Analyst ERP / Odoo Projects

Location:

What You'll Do

Collaborate with clients to understand and document business processes and define solution scope.
Identify project milestones and prepare detailed workflow charts and documentation.
Act as the primary liaison for project planning, scheduling, and deliverables.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams and vice versa.
Track project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular status updates.
Lead Agile teams through sprint planning, prioritization, and reviews.
Conduct UAT sessions and deliver end-user training.
Analyze data from multiple sources to define clear, actionable requirements.
Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery methods and internal documentation.
Mentor and guide junior BAs within the team.

What Were Looking For

Bachelors degree from an accredited university.
5-10 years of experience
as a Business Analyst, preferably in
Odoo implementation
.
Strong understanding of
manufacturing/supply chain processes
and
ERP modules
(Purchasing, Inventory, Accounts, Quality, etc.) is a plus.
Proficiency in
BI tools
and strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Certifications in
Business Analysis
or
Project Management
are an added advantage.
