As an experienced and passionate Odoo Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality Odoo applications to meet clients" needs. Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and developers to deliver innovative solutions and ensure successful project implementation. - Analyze project requirements, specifications, and client needs to develop tailored Odoo applications. - Design, develop, and implement Odoo modules and applications, both from scratch and by customizing existing modules. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop well-integrated Odoo applications meeting business requirements. - Perform code reviews, identify and fix bugs, and optimize Odoo application performance. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards. - Create and maintain technical documentation for knowledge sharing and future updates. - Provide guidance and training to less experienced developers, contributing to team growth. - Troubleshoot and provide technical support for existing applications, ensuring prompt resolution. - Stay updated with the latest Odoo releases, features, and best practices for efficient methodologies. - Participate in meetings, presentations, and progress reports to communicate project status to stakeholders. Qualifications required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Proven experience as an Odoo Developer with a strong portfolio. - Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and PostgreSQL. - In-depth knowledge of Odoo framework, API, and module development. - Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies. - Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. - Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
