What You’ll Do:

• Handle all student documentation for university applications and visas.
• Ensure SOPs, LORs, transcripts, and other required documents meet the necessary standards.
• Communicate professionally with global universities for application follow-ups and clarifications.
• Maintain detailed student records and documentation trackers.
• Guide students and counsellors on document timelines and quality requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in a documentation role at a study abroad consultancy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong drafting and typing skills (you’ll be writing emails, SOPs, and more).
• Familiarity with admission portals and document checklists for the UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, etc.
• Organised, deadline-driven, and committed to quality.
