Ocean Freight Forwarder Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end ocean freight operations (FCL & LCL)
• Coordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents, and CHA
• Ensure timely booking, documentation, and customs clearance
• Lead and manage the freight forwarding team
• Monitor cost efficiency and ensure service quality
• Handle client escalations and provide proactive solutions
• Maintain and enhance vendor and carrier relationships

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in ocean freight forwarding
• Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with freight software & documentation (BL, IGM, Surrender, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree (Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,240.23 - ₹56,866.08 per month
