Candidate should:

• Have BOT
• Have Good Communication Skills
• Be passionate to work in paediatric set up
• Have a strong willingness to learn, openness to feedback, and a child-centric approach

At Thrive you will:

- Work under the guidance of senior Occupational Therapists to enhance clinical skills.

- ⁠Conduct assessments and assist in developing individualized intervention plans.

- ⁠Independently handle sessions with children, with periodic supervision.

- ⁠Document session notes, track client progress, and adjust plans as needed.

- ⁠Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and training modules.

- ⁠Engage in parent education and collaborative goal setting.
