Location: Vasant Vihar, New Delhi Time: 8:00 am- 2:30 pm (Mon-Fri), 2 Saturdays as per school calendar Key Roles and Responsibilities: Planning: • Plan and execute play-based curriculum that aligns with LM philosophy and principles. • Create engaging and age-appropriate learning invitations and provocations to support emergent curriculum. • Budgeting resources for the programme Programme Implementation: • Lead the implementation of the day’s plan, ensuring that it meets the developmental needs of children in the early years. • Foster a collaborative and creative learning environment that encourages exploration, inquiry, and expression. Parental Involvement: • Establish effective communication channels with parents to keep them informed about their child's learning journey, and the overall philosophy of the programme. Observation, Documentation and Assessment: • Ensuring learning documentation of the children as per norms/ SOPs. • Collaborate with co-educators to analyse assessments and adjust the curriculum to meet the evolving needs of individual children. Environment Design: • Work with co-educators to create a well-organized and aesthetically pleasing learning environment that reflects the children’s work in the classroom. • Ensure that the physical space supports children's exploration and creativity. This role is pivotal to ensuring smooth internal processes and a seamless parent and stakeholder experience. In addition to managing the operational backbone of Thrive, this role also serves as Executive Assistant to the Founder , providing high-level administrative and scheduling support. We are looking for a dynamic, highly organised professional with a growth mindset and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, high-impact educational environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Programme Administration & Management Manage the entire admissions cycle — from inquiries and documentation to enrolment, and closure of records. Strategically coordinate facilitator schedules and programme timetables. Schedule and coordinate consultations and parent meetings. Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Thrive vertical. Ensure timely procurement of programme materials and professional development resources. Maintain detailed records for attendance, payments, admission fees, and programme data . Oversee the upkeep, readiness, and allocation of Thrive spaces . 2. Financial Administration Prepare and manage budgets and expense forecasts for Thrive. Maintain income and expense tracking in coordination with the finance team. Manage vendor invoices , session-based billing documentation, and support the finance team in timely release of invoices. Follow up on outstanding fee collections. Assist in financial documentation and reporting. 3. Parent Communication & Engagement Act as a primary point of contact for Thrive parents. Manage day-to-day parent communications regarding scheduling, cancellations, make-up sessions, and programme updates. Draft and circulate informative communication to parents (email, WhatsApp, calls). 4. Operational Management Facility Management : Oversee daily maintenance, cleanliness, and safety compliance for Thrive spaces. Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and inventory management. Monitor and optimise space utilisation for programmes. Support Staff Oversight : Manage housekeeping/support staff schedules, attendance, and assignments. Monitor performance and resolve basic conflicts. Student Safety & Wellbeing : Implement and monitor safety protocols and conduct periodic audits. Maintain regulatory compliance and incident documentation. 5. HR & Team Support Assist with onboarding and operational integration of new staff. 6. Executive Assistant to Founder Manage the Founder’s calendar. Coordinate key meetings, maintain notes/action trackers, and follow up on deliverables. Prepare briefing materials, reports, and documentation for strategic meetings. Act as a liaison between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders for key operational matters. Skills & Attributes Required Proven experience (minimum 3–6 years) in administration/operations , preferably in an educational or service-driven setting. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills . Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with digital tools such as Jotform/Slack/Google Workspace. Financial acumen for budget tracking and expense management .
