Occupational Therapist

As an Occupational Therapist / Physiotherapist at THERAKids in Noida Sector-57, you will be an integral part of delivering high-quality therapies for children facing developmental, behavioral, and learning challenges. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - **Therapy Delivery**: - Provide child-centered and family-focused therapy in both individual and group settings. - Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to cater to the developmental needs of the children. - **Assessment & Evaluation**: - Conduct comprehensive assessments through family interviews, child observation, and standardized tools. - Document assessment findings and create detailed reports for effective treatment planning. - **Treatment Planning**: - Develop personalized therapy plans based on assessment outcomes and specific child-related goals. - Regularly review and adjust treatment plans to monitor progress and address changing requirements. - **Collaborative Approach**: - Collaborate with other professionals such as speech therapists, physiotherapists, and psychologists to ensure holistic care. - Engage in team meetings and contribute to case discussions for an integrated treatment approach. - **Parent & Caregiver Education**: - Guide parents and caregivers on implementing therapeutic techniques at home. - Provide resources and strategies to support the child's progress beyond therapy sessions. - **Documentation & Reporting**: - Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, assessments, and progress reviews. - Prepare reports for internal use and effectively communicate updates with families. - **Professional Development**: - Attend training programs to enhance skills and knowledge. - Participate in peer supervision and contribute to a supportive learning environment within the team. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelors or Masters degree/diploma in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution. - Strong foundational knowledge of therapy techniques and assessment tools. - Proficiency in spoken English and Hindi is essential. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and empathetic skills. - Preferably a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (freshers with strong potential may also apply).
