Founded in 2006 by a Developmental Pediatrician and Clinical Psychologist, our 25+ member team conducts over 12,000 therapy sessions annually. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist position based in Surat. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing and treating children with neurodevelopmental challenges, including autism. Daily tasks include designing and implementing therapy programs, providing personalized intervention plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members and families. The therapist will document progress, participate in team meetings, and contribute to parent training programs to ensure the holistic development of each child.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Occupational Therapy, including sensory integration and motor skills development
• Experience in designing and implementing therapy sessions tailored to neurodiverse children
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with families and team members
• Empathy, patience, and a deep understanding of neurodevelopmental challenges, particularly autism spectrum disorder
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Occupational Therapy
• Prior experience in a pediatric or child development setting is an advantage
