About the Role:
We’re looking for a compassionate and experienced Occupational Therapist to help individuals of all ages overcome physical, emotional, or developmental challenges and regain independence in daily life.
Whether it’s learning to move again after an injury or managing tasks with a disability, your work will help people live fuller, more meaningful lives.

What You’ll Do:

• Assess clients using clinical tools and observation.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on daily living, work, play, education, and leisure.
• Apply critical thinking and evidence-based practices to guide therapy interventions.
• Recommend assistive devices and home/work modifications to enhance independence.
• Build strong therapeutic relationships through empathy, active listening, and respectful care.
• Address clients' emotional and psychological needs, offering patience, encouragement, and support.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams for holistic care.
• Maintain clear documentation and uphold professional and ethical standards.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s in Occupational Therapy (BOT) from a recognized institution (Master’s preferred).
• At least 3 years of relevant clinical experience in occupational therapy practice.
• Registered with the State Council or authority under the NCAHP Act, 2021.
• Strong clinical, decision-making, leadership, and communication skills.
• A client-focused mindset and a genuine commitment to helping others thrive.

Where You’ll Work:
Hospitals, rehabilitation centers, schools, community programs, or home-care services, wherever people need support to live with dignity and independence.
