Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our Child Development Team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing therapeutic programs that help children improve their ability to perform daily activities. This role requires expertise in sensory integration, functional activity training, and assistive technology to promote independence and enhance quality of life. Key Responsibilities: · Conduct assessments and evaluations in functional activities, self-care, daily living, work activities, leisure, and play. · Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help individuals achieve optimal independence. · Diagnose and address dysfunction in sensory systems, designing sensory integration programs accordingly. · Prescribe and provide training on the use of assistive technology or adaptive devices. · Conduct individual and group-based interventions to improve functional abilities. · Educate and train family members and caregivers on intervention strategies and caregiving techniques. · Monitor intervention programs, review their effectiveness, and make necessary modifications. · Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives within the department and organization. Qualifications & Skills: · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution. · Valid certification and licensure · Strong knowledge of sensory systems and their impact on daily functioning. · Experience in designing and implementing sensory integration programs. · Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. · Ability to assess progress and make data-driven modifications to treatment plans. · Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement. Preferred Qualifications: · Experience working with children and adults in clinical or educational settings. · Familiarity with various occupational therapy interventions and evidence-based practices. · Experience in conducting group therapy sessions. Working Conditions: · Full-time position with flexible working hours. · May require travel between different locations depending on the organization's needs. · Work environment includes clinics, schools, hospitals, and community settings. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
