Company Description Healing Nest Foundation has been providing holistic mental healthcare solutions for children and adolescents for over a decade. We offer services in child development, early intervention for developmental delays, social communication and language therapy, occupational therapy, special education, and group sessions. Additionally, we provide child and adolescent counseling, parent guidance and counseling, and workshops and training for parents, teachers, school staff, and students. Our mission is to continuously innovate and expand our reach to those in need. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Therapist located in Delhi, India. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing and treating children and adolescents with various developmental delays and disabilities. Day-to-day tasks include creating personalized treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and providing guidance and support to parents and caregivers. Additionally, the therapist will document progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and participate in team meetings and workshops. Qualifications Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Relevant certification and licenses in occupational therapy A compassionate and patient-centered approach to therapy Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field

Fundraising & Donor Relations • Experienced in CSR fundraising, grant writing, and building relationships with donors, corporates, and philanthropic institutions. • Understands the nonprofit funding landscape and can secure financial sustainability. 4. Operational & Financial Management • Strong ability to oversee budgets, compliance, HR, and program delivery. • Familiarity with nonprofit governance, audits, and legal obligations. 5. Team Building & People Management • Builds and nurtures a multidisciplinary team (therapists, educators, volunteers). • Leads with empathy, encourages professional growth, and resolves internal challenges effectively. 6. Stakeholder Engagement • Manages relationships with schools, government bodies, NGOs, and community partners. • Comfortable in public speaking and advocacy roles to represent the foundation externally. 7. Domain Knowledge in Child Development / Mental Health (Preferred) • While not mandatory, knowledge or experience in early childhood development, special education, mental health, or allied fields is a strong advantage. 8. Communication & Representation • Excellent verbal and written communication. • Can represent the foundation in public forums, press, and policy discussions with clarity and compassion. 9.
