Our mission is to continuously innovate and expand our reach to those in need. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Therapist located in Delhi, India. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing and treating children and adolescents with various developmental delays and disabilities. Day-to-day tasks include creating personalized treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and providing guidance and support to parents and caregivers. Additionally, the therapist will document progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and participate in team meetings and workshops. Operational & Financial Management • Strong ability to oversee budgets, compliance, HR, and program delivery. • Familiarity with nonprofit governance, audits, and legal obligations. 5. Team Building & People Management • Builds and nurtures a multidisciplinary team (therapists, educators, volunteers). • Leads with empathy, encourages professional growth, and resolves internal challenges effectively. 6. Stakeholder Engagement • Manages relationships with schools, government bodies, NGOs, and community partners. • Comfortable in public speaking and advocacy roles to represent the foundation externally. 7. Domain Knowledge in Child Development / Mental Health (Preferred) • While not mandatory, knowledge or experience in early childhood development, special education, mental health, or allied fields is a strong advantage. 8.
