Job Description

OBIEE Support Analyst

Position Overview

The OBIEE Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical and functional support for Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) applications. This role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to OBIEE reports, dashboards, RPD models, and data sources, ensuring availability, performance, and reliability of the BI environment.

Key Responsibilities

Application Support

o Provide day-to-day support for OBIEE reports, dashboards, and analytics.

o Investigate and resolve user-reported incidents and service requests.

Development & Maintenance

o Assist in the design, development, and deployment of OBIEE reports and dashboards.

o Modify existing reports and dashboards based on business requirements.

o Maintain and update OBIEE repository (RPD), ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

System Administration

o Manage OBIEE security, including user roles and permissions.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with OBIEE 12c administration and development.

Proficiency in creating and maintaining OBIEE reports, dashboards, RPD models
