O2C Specialist Billing, Collections, Cash Applications & AR Management | Bangalore | 3.254.75 LPA

O2C (Order-to-Cash) Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

end-to-end O2C process
customer account reconciliations
customer queries
invoice generation
aging reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Customer Support).
Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
month-end closing and reporting

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
13 years
ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/any ERP)
Strong communication and negotiation skills for customer interactions.
Ability to work with deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
