Educational Qualification:
B.Sc. Nursing (as per INC norms)/ M.Sc nursing are also prefferred
Experience:
Minimum
2 years of teaching/clinical experience
in a recognized nursing institution or hospital
Registration:

Mandatory registration
with the State Nursing Council / Indian Nursing Council

Key Responsibilities-

Deliver lectures, demonstrations, and practical training to nursing students as per the approved curriculum
Guide and supervise students during clinical postings and skill-based training
Assist in academic planning, lesson preparation, and evaluation processes
Participate in examinations, assessments, and internal audits
Support student mentoring, academic counseling, and professional development
Maintain academic records, lesson plans, and clinical documentation
Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, and institutional activities
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and uphold academic standards

Strong subject knowledge and teaching aptitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to mentor and guide students effectively
Commitment to ethical nursing practices and academic excellence
Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and clinical protocols
