Key Responsibilities and Duties: Curriculum Development and Delivery: Nursing educators on nursing training programs design and deliver educational content, lesson plans, and training materials for GNM students. Instructional Skills: They utilize various teaching methods (lectures, simulations, group discussions, etc.) to facilitate learning. Clinical Training: GNM trainers supervise and guide students during clinical rotations in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities, providing practical experience in patient care. Assessment and Evaluation: They assess student performance, monitor their progress, and provide feedback on their skills and knowledge. Mentorship and Guidance: GNM trainers act as mentors for students, providing guidance and support throughout their training program. Staying Updated: They keep abreast of advancements in nursing practices and integrate new knowledge into their teaching.
