Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nursing Manager located in Bangalore. The Nursing Manager will oversee daily nursing operations, ensure high-quality patient care, manage nursing staff schedules, and coordinate with medical professionals. Responsibilities also include implementing and maintaining nursing protocols, managing patient records, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The Nursing Manager will play a critical role in patient care management, administering medications, and providing critical care when necessary.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Nursing Management and nursing protocols
• Deep knowledge of Medicine and Critical Care Medicine
• Excellent Patient Care abilities and experience
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Ability to handle emergency situations with a calm demeanor
• Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs degree in Nursing or related field
• Valid nursing license
• Previous experience in a senior care setting is a plus
