Job Description

Educational Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Hospitality/Administration/Nursing).
Additional certification in hostel or facility management is desirable.

Experience:
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in hostel/facility/staff accommodation management.
Prior experience in a healthcare or hospital environment will be an added advantage.

Skills Required:
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
Ability to handle conflict resolution and staff grievances.
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic record keeping.

Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth functioning and discipline in the nursing hostel.
Maintain staff movement registers and track leave, shifts, resignation, and new joining's.
Ensure optimal utilization of hostel manpower (security, housekeeping, pantry, etc.).
Manage hostel bus trips and ensure timely transport arrangements.
Coordinate and escalate major concerns/issues to management for early resolution.
Handle nursing staff complaints and ensure their timely closure.
Monitor timely payment of hostel electricity and utility bills.
Ensure uninterrupted water, food, electricity, and other essential services in the hostel.
Implement strict control over unauthorized entries and movements in the hostel premises.
Keep complete track of the accommodation status of each nursing staff member.
Regularly interact with nursing staff to understand their needs and feedback.
Manage vendors and service providers; ensure timely resolution of their issues.
Supervise and groom deployed manpower to maintain hygiene, politeness, and discipline.
Plan and execute cultural activities, celebrations, and engagement programs during festivals or special occasions.
Ensure strict adherence to hospital and hostel management policies and protocols.

Work Timings & Flexibility:
Willingness to work by staying in the Hostel only.
Availability to address emergencies or escalations at odd hours.
