Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Staff Nurse to support patient care and clinical operations at our Government Clinic – Aapla Davakhana. The ideal candidate will possess strong nursing skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare services in collaboration with the medical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Medical Officer
• Support medical officers in patient care, conduct clinical procedures, and ensure accurate documentation of patient information.
• Medication Administration
• Administer prescribed medications and injections.
• Monitor patient responses and promptly report any adverse reactions.
• Vital Sign Monitoring
• Record and monitor patient vital signs including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation.
• Patient Education
• Provide guidance to patients and their families on treatment plans, disease management, and preventive health practices.
• Collaboration with Healthcare Team
• Work closely with medical officers, healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure seamless and holistic patient care.
• Medical Record Keeping
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential patient records covering medical histories, diagnoses, treatments, and test results.
• Inventory Management
• Manage and maintain stock of medical supplies, equipment, and medications.
• Order and restock supplies as needed.
• Monitor expiration dates and dispose of expired items safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies to management.

Qualifications

• GNM or B.Sc. in Nursing.
• Maharashtra Nursing Council registration is mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
