Nursing Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a caring and dedicated Nursing Assistant to support our nursing team in delivering exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and ensure a clean, safe environment—all under the supervision of our RNs/LPNs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding, dressing, mobility
• Monitor and document vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature), reporting abnormal values immediately
• Support patients with transfers, ambulation, positioning, and range-of-motion exercises
• Maintain cleanliness: change linens, tidy patient rooms, sanitize equipment
• Assist with light medical tasks under supervision (e.g., non-sterile dressings)
• Provide emotional support, companionship, and basic patient education
• Accurately record care activities and patient observations in charts
• Follow infection control, health & safety protocols at all times
• Aid in patient admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

• ANM (2‑year) diploma or CNA/healthcare assistant certification
• Preferably 1–3 years of GI/ANM-related experience; 3+ years ideal
• Valid Dataflow clearance (for international candidates)
• CPR/BLS certification is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a patient-first mindset
• Ability to follow instructions, work in a team, and maintain confidentiality
• Physical capability to perform transfers, stand for extended periods, and lift up to ~50
• Basic English proficiency; Arabic knowledge is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
