Nursing Assistant

Job Description:

The Nursing Assistant will assist doctors and nurses in patient care, daily activities, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, BP, etc.)
• Support nursing staff during medical procedures and patient care
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the ward/room
• Help with patient movement and transportation within the hospital
• Maintain patient records and report any changes in condition to the nurse/doctor
• Ensure infection control and patient safety at all times

Qualifications:

• ANM Nursing Assistant Course from a recognized institution
• 0–2 years of experience in a hospital or clinic (freshers can apply)
• Basic knowledge of patient care and hospital procedures
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
