Role Description

The Nursing Assistant Advance Trainer is a full-time on-site role based in Bihar. The trainer will deliver comprehensive training programs to students, encompassing theory and practical sessions relevant to nursing assistant skills. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting assessments, mentoring students, ensuring the curriculum is followed effectively, and fostering a supportive learning environment. The trainer will also collaborate with other educators to maintain high-quality training standards and ensure compliance with institutional guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of nursing practices, patient care techniques, and medical terminologies.
• Experience in delivering training programs and creating lesson plans in healthcare or nursing domains.
• Strong communication, mentorship, and the ability to engage trainees effectively.
• Certification or diploma in nursing or a related healthcare field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
• ANM, GNM or BSc Nursing. with one year experience.
