Nursery Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development and Implementation:Nursery teachers design and implement engaging lesson plans, activities, and programs that align with the developmental needs of the children.
• Classroom Management:They manage the classroom environment, including scheduling, staffing, and ensuring a positive, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere for children, parents, and staff.
• Assessment and Communication:Regularly assess children's progress and communicate effectively with parents regarding their development.
• Child Development:They nurture and foster the development of essential skills, such as language, communication, problem-solving, fine and gross motor skills, and social interactions.
• Safety and Health:Maintain a safe and organized classroom, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Parental Communication:Nursery teachers foster strong relationships with children, encouraging positive social interactions and emotional growth, and communicating effectively with parents about their child's progress.
• Collaboration:Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum development and share best practices, according to himalayas.app.
• Record Keeping:Maintain accurate records and documentation related to children's attendance, health, and progress

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
