Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nurse/Receptionist at Mediva+ Kids & Orthopaedic Clinic in Navi Mumbai. Daily responsibilities include assisting with patient care, maintaining medical records, coordinating appointments, and managing the front desk operations. The role requires excellent communication skills to ensure a welcoming environment for patients and efficient support for medical staff.

Qualifications

• Basic nursing skills, including patient care and knowledge of medical terminology.
• Experience in medical record management and appointment scheduling.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities for reception and administrative tasks.
• Good verbal communication skills to provide a welcoming and professional experience for both patients and staff.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and familiarity with healthcare software is advantageous.
• A diploma or certification in Nursing or a related field is required. Experience in paediatric or orthopaedic settings is a plus.
