Job Title: Short-term Nurse (Home Visits) Location: Hyderabad Company: Portea Medical Job Type: Short-term / Contractual Job Description:We are looking for Short-term Nurses who can travel across Hyderabad to provide quality patient care through home visits. The nurse will be responsible for handling multiple patient visits per day, ensuring professional service delivery and maintaining high standards of patient satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Perform minimum 7 patient visits per day within Hyderabad. Deliver nursing care as per patient requirements (e.g., vitals check, injections, dressings, IV/IM, etc.). Educate patients and attendants about care plans and post-care instructions. Maintain proper documentation and service updates for each visit. Adhere to all company protocols and ensure patient safety. Communicate promptly with the coordination team for scheduling and reporting. Requirements:Qualified Nurse (GNM / B.Sc Nursing / ANM with experience). Registered with Nursing Council (preferred). Willingness to travel across Hyderabad.
