Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Clinical Care & Emergency Management

Provide first aid, basic life support, and initial emergency care to employees.
Assist the Medical Officer in routine and emergency medical procedures.
Handle workplace injuries, burns, fractures, and other onsite medical cases.
Maintain readiness of emergency equipment such as oxygen cylinders, stretchers, and First Aid kits.

Health Monitoring & Records

Conduct daily OPD for employees.
Maintain patient records, medical registers, and documentation as per protocols.
Support periodic health check-ups and follow-up care for employees.
Maintain stock of medicines and medical consumables; raise requisitions when needed.

Occupational Health & Safety

Participate in safety drills and emergency response programs.
Assist in promoting health awareness activities across the plant.
Inspect First Aid boxes at all plant locations and ensure timely replenishment.
Coordinate with EHS team for incident reporting and health-related compliance.

Administrative Duties

Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of the medical room.
Assist in preparing MIS reports related to medical cases and health activities.
Support statutory and corporate compliance related to occupational health.

NOTE- Candidates should be from Ghugus, Chandrapur.
