Job Description

Responsibilities

Provide emergency support and clinical documentation as necessary in cloud-based systems.

Implement and oversee adherence to FCC (Fraud, Control, and Compliance) protocols in cloud medical operations.

Conduct risk assessments and ensure that cloud systems comply with regulatory standards.

Collaborate with IT and healthcare teams to enhance security measures and data protection.

Develop and deliver training programs on FCC protocols for healthcare providers.

Monitor and report on FCC-related metrics and incidents to senior management.Skills
